Our Story
Founded in 2023, Pisco Gastrolounge was created by a Peruvian family with a simple vision: to bring a little piece of Peru to North Carolina.
Originally from Arequipa, Peru — the White City — Cecilia Vizcarra and her family wanted to share the culture, traditions, flavors, and ingredients they grew up with and loved.
What began as a way to bring Peruvian traditions to the table has grown into an experience that blends food, hospitality, music, celebrations, and nightlife.

The Story Behind Pisco
Originally from Arequipa, Peru, Cecilia Vizcarra and her family brought their love of Peruvian culture, food, and hospitality to North Carolina. Pisco Gastrolounge is their way of sharing those traditions while creating a place where guests can gather, celebrate, and experience something uniquely their own.
